בכשרון ספורי גדול ובזכרו ספורי צדיקים לאין שעור. בימי החורף
היו החסידים מתכנסים בקלויז בלילות שבת. התנור של פח להט
בחום האש, החסידים ישבו סביב לשולחנות על כוס משקה ור׳
ישדאל־משה מספר בלי הרף ספורי חסידים שלפעמים הגיעו עד
ימי הבעש״ט. תודות לכשרונו העצום נתמנה לרב־פורים אצל
