אחר הצהרים הגענו לבוגוריה, בה נחנו מעמל הדרך בביתפ
של שארי בשר רחוקים. עד מהרה הפך הבית לאכםגיה ממש ;
קרוב ל־50 חמילניקאים מצאו שם מחסה ומנוחה זמנית. עד
הערב התנהלה שם שיחה עירגית על המצב, שהופסקה מדי
פעם בפעם על ידי אזעקות. הױ שטענו כי הגרמנים לא יגיעו
כל כך רחוק. אחרימ טענו, כי בין אם יגיעו הגרמנים ובין
אם לאו, הרי שמקומם בביתם, בקרבת משפחותיהם. עוד אנו
מתװכחים והנה הופיעו שני בחורים, שזה עתה הגיעו מחמילגיק
באופנים, וסיפרו כי הגרמגים נכנסו לעיר. ידיעה זו פילגה
