פרטיות ורכישת חברים. התגברותו והתחזקותו של הםניף
הרביזױגיםטי בחמילניק התחיל עם כניםתו למועדון רביזױ־
ניסטי טהור. המועדון הזה היה במשרדו הפרטי של יהושע
קודנציק שנמצא על גג ביתו של דוד מאפע. חדר זה שימש
לכל מיני פעולות פוליטױת תרבותױת ומסיבות חברים. עם
גדולו של מםפר החברים׳ עבר הםניף למועדון עצמאי בדרך
בוסקו׳ בביתם של משפחת בידלובסקי. הסניף הרביזױניםטי
בחמילניק הצטײן בהתחלתו בכושר ארגוני רב׳ וזה הודות
לאדם בעל מרץ ותודעה צױנית קיצונית ללא רתיעה׳ אלתר
וינברג׳ שלא חסך מזמ:ו ומכספו למען הסניף. לקונגרס הצױגי
הששה עשר היה הוא׳ אלתר וינברג, היחידי שהצביע בעד
הרשימה הרביזױניםטית. לקונגרם השבעה עשר הצביעו בעדה
