הקלויז בחמלניק היה ידוע בנגוניו החדשים לבקרים, ואף
מקלויזים אחרים היו באים אליו ללמוד נגוני מודזיץ הידועים
וליהנות מיפים וחנם. ביחוד היו מלמדים ומשמיעים את
הנגונים החדשים בימי שבת ומועד. הקלויז מנה כשמונים
מתםללים, ורובם ױדעי נגן. הצדיק רבי ישראל ממודזיץ היה
