זאגט ער צו מיר־ ״מיץ רבי, דער כהן פון לובלין איז קײן
גביר נישט געװען און דאך האט ער באװיזן זיך אײנצוקויפן
די טײערסטע און װערטפולסטע םפרים. זײענדיק א כהן האט
ער מקדיש געװען די זילבערגע שקלים, װאם ער האט באקו־
מען אויף א פדױן־הבן, אויף קנין ספרים׳ אבער איך בין נישט
קײן כהן און נישט קײן עושר, װי זאל איך נעמען געלט צו
