טירוריסטי, שתפקידו היה לעמוד לימין הצאר ונגד המהפכנים -- הוקם בדוד-הורודוק ארגון
חזק ופעיל של אותה ,המאה השחורה". אנשי הארגון הזה ניסו פעם אף לערוך פרעות ביהודים,
אולם הודות לעמידתה התקיפה של האוכלוסיה היהודית ובפרט הודות לנוער ולהגנה היהודית
וכן הודות למפקד המשטרה אווצ'נקוב, שהתקים מהיהודים, נסתיים נסיון זה בפצועים יהודים
