משום כך ניתנו ליהודים זכויות גדולות. היהודים נחשבו לבני-חורין (ולא ,עבדי המלך?)
ובעלי זכויות שוות לאלה של השליאכטה ובעלי האחוזות. בעד רצח. או פציעת יהודי -- נענש
הרוצח בעונש מוות. את תפילותיהם ערכו באין מפריע. בשבת לא הוזמן יהודי לבית-המשפט,
וכן לא גבו מיהודי חובות בשבת. המסחר היה פתוח לפניהם, ומותר היה להם לנוע בכל
