לבית-ספר סוביטי. הרוסית היתה שגורה בפיו של אברשה אך החינוך החדש היה למורת רוחו.
באחת מהרצאותיו מטעם השלטונות הוטל עליו לדבר לפני התלמידים וההורים על המשטר הסוביטי
ועל החינוך החדש. הוא פתח בנאומו, אך לא עצר כוח להמשיך -- כי דמעות חנקו את גרונו.
קשה היה לו להטיף לקומוניזים במקום ציונות. וכך נחרץ גורלו. המשטר החדש ראה בו אדם
שאיננו מהימן. והחלה פרשת נדודיו ותלאותיו. נאלץ לצאת את דויד-הורודוק ותר לו מקלט
בביאליסטוק, אך גם בה לא מצא מנוח. עבר עם המשפחה ללוק, ומאז לא נודעו עקבותיהם. נראה
