האט ניט גענעטיקט אין די היתער. פאר רויבן האט מען
שוין ניט אזוי מורא געהאט, ווייל די פאליאקן האבן שוין
געהאט אלץ אויסגערויבט. עס איז פשוט געווען א סכנת
נפשות. איך האב, דעריבער, מיט א שווער הארץ, איבערגע־
לאזט מיין פרוי און קינדער און האב זיך אויסבאהאלטן
ערגעץ אין א שטאל; ■ דאס גאנצע שטעטל האט אויסגעקוקט
