עד מחצית 1941 חיו היהודים פחות או יותר רגיל. הצרות היהודיות האמיתיות
החלו עם ההתנפלות של הגרמנים על רוםיה. הדבר החל בהוראה, שכל היהודים בגילים
17—50 יתיצבו בחצר השוק, משם העבירו אותם בקבוצות לעבודת כפיה. מקום עבודה
אחד היה בלפוקם: במחנות, מקום עבודת כפיה אחר נמצא ברוגוז׳ניצה ליד מזריטש.
ברוגוז׳ניצה הייתי עד להריגת מספר יהודים, ליבק קרפנקוב, יעקב פלישהקר ושמואל
לײזרוביץ׳ (הקצב). בראותי מה שקורה, ברחתי מהמחנה וחזרתי ללוקוב. צריך לציץ
