־״ ) ד״ר יעקב ריאמאנד (1856 — 1936). עורך־דין,
באוניברסיטה היה סגן־יו״ר "אגודת הריגורוזאבמים" ולקח
חלק פעיל בחיי הנוער האקדמאי. בשנים 1898 — 1907 היה
יושב־ראש הנהלת ״היכל הנאורים״. משנת 1907 חבר ועד־
הקהלה. בימי מלחמת־העולם הראשונה (1915) הוגלה כבן־
תערובות לרוסיה. אהרי שובו בשנת 1917, נתמנה קומיסר -
הקהלה עד 1924. משנת 1924 עד 1936 ניהל את משרד־
הרישום בקהלה. כ־25 שנה היה חבר־העיריה וחבר מועצת־
