... הודים. הרחובות הללו נקראו בפי היהודים
"פארן טויער". הפרבר כשלעצמו השתרע מצד אחד
עד רחוב קלפרובסקא וכנסית אננא ומצד שני עד הגשי
שע ל נהר־פלטב. הנהר הפריד את שטח הפרבר לשני
חלקים: מבחינה אדמיניסטרטיבית וגם שיפוטית.
החלק שעל הגדה הימנית של פלטב היה נתון לשיפוט
הארמון, וזה שעל הגדה השמאלית נתון היה לשיפוט
העיריה. התושבים היהודים היו נתונים לשיפוטו של
הסטארוסטה. בהיותם נתונים לשלטונו נהנו היהודים
מחסותו והיו רשאים להתגורר בסביבת ארמונו. בשטח
זה שבין הנהר פלטב והשוק היש ן ("סטארי רינעק"),
ואח״ב בין רחוב זולקיבסקא, בוזניצא ובין ככר־
התבואות וככר־קרקא, הונחו יסודות הקהילה היהודית
בלבוב, בית־הכנסת הראשון, בית־העלמין הראשון
נמצא ב״פודזאמצא״ והשני (1300—1855) בשטח שבין
רחוב שפיטאלנא ורפפורטא ובחלקתו ה ה בית־העלמין
