הענינים.
אנשי חבר־הארבעים ניצלו את ההזדמנות
והשיגו מאת המלך פסק־דין, כי המועצה לא היתה
רשאית ומוסמכת לחתום חוזים עם היהודים בלי
הסכמת כל גופי העיריה ובזה בוטל החוזה משנת

הארבעים סד ר מיד מכירה פומבית. בעד הסחורות
קבלו 2191 פלורין ומזה קבלו הסניגור ואלנטי
סטאנצל 1810 זה׳ וד״ר יעקב גידזיאלציק 300 פלורין
להוצאות הדרך לוארשה בשליחות העיר. מטעם היהודים
נסעו יעקב גומבריכט, יצחק מרקוביץ, השתדלנים
