וה״אומות״ מוכנים לסלק 2000 זה׳ אם העיריה לא
תכרות חוזה עם היהודים. לפי תנאים אלה היה על
הסוחרים היהודים להשתמש "באמפוריום" של לבוב
ולבסוף בא הסעיף החמור ביותר, שעל היהודים
להתחייב שכעבור עשר שנים לא ידרשו אף פעם
