האציל ואצלאב קארא (במחיר 36.000 זה׳) את היי ת
בפינת בלאכארסקא־רוסקא ע״י הרובע היהודי, שהוקם
ע״י הרותני פיוטר סמיונוביץ אפנדיק ("קאמעג־צא
אופנדיקובסקא). הדבר עורר סערה בעיריה, ועדה
מיוחדת פסקה באוגוסט 1745 שעל היהודים לפנות
מיד את הבית — אך אברהם מדרוהוביץ לא זז ממנו,
בהסתמכו על קשריו עם האצילים. ב־6 בפברואר
1750 קנה ראש הקהלה, לבקי בלבן, את הבית השלישי
