המשקאות. בענין הגיוס הציע לשחרר את היהידים
משרות בצבא, אם יגייסו 300 מתנדבים מחוץ־לארץ
ויכניסו לאוצר 50.000 פלורין. הוא הציע הצעות גם
לתיקון מס־הנרות וביקש לקבוע ועדה, שתחקור את
מעשיהם של חוכרי מס־נרות ותמצא דרך להעלות
את הכנסות המס בסכום 50.000 פל׳ מבלי לפגוע
בעניים, ולהשתמש בהכנסות להרמת מצב החינוך בין
