מהודרים, חפצי אמנות ותמונות, או חביונות קפה וביצי
אלתי ת ושאר מעדנים אשר מכבר אזלו־מן השוק. ואע״ם
שבאופן רשמי היה משרד־האספקה חייב למלא רק
דרישות משרדים גרמניים או באי־כוחם, אוי היה
לפקיד שלא מיהר למלא את הבקשות הפרטיות של
הגרמנים, שביחוד הרבו בהן פקידי הבולשת, הס.ס. או
הגיסטאפו. ראש משרד־האספקה, אגיד, סירב פעם
לספק לפקידי המשטרה הגרמנית אילו "הזמנות"
פרטיות. למחרת הוזמן לבולשת באמתלא של ישיבה,
ושם נורה. הגרמנים תירצו את דרישותיהם מן
היהודים בהנחה ה״חוקית" כי כל ההון היהודי שבארצות
הכיבוש הוחרם ע״י המדינה הגרמנית והוא נמצא
בידי היהודים באופן ארעי בלבד, והם רשאים להשתמש
בו רק משא־נו דרוש לגרמנים ׳• ) תוקף החוק הורחב
