דליקה נוראה שהשמידה כמעט את כל הבתים בתוך
הרובע וגם את בתי-השכנים ברחוב רוסקה-
בלאכארסקה, ככר הדומיניקאנים עם הכנסיה הרותנית
(צערקיעו ויואלאסקא) הישנה. העיריה רצתה לנצל
