הבעיה אחרי מאורעות בגליציה בשנת 1846, בהם יהרגו
רבים מן האצילים הפולנים ע״י האכרים. אחרי המאורעות
נשלח לגליציה רודולף סטאדיון — אחיו של הנציב — לשם
