לפיכך הסכים הרוזן טהון להכיר בישיבת פרשבורג כבית־ספר לרבנים עם זכויות פומביות. בישיבת הקבינט מ־7 ביוני 1860 44) הציע ליסד בגליציה בית־ספר כדוגמת ישיבת־פרשבורג ולוותר על דרישת תעודות* גמר של גמנסיה ופילוסופיה מהמועמדים לרבנות. שר* הפנים גולוחובסקי הסכים לתכניתו, שנתקבלה ברוב גדול וב־4 ביולי 1860 נאשרה ע״י הקיסר 45). ועל יסוד אישורו פורסם החוק מ־21 בפברואר 1861. ...Connected nodes
