שהופסקו בשנת 1863 . אגב , נידון גם ענין חלוקת
העיר לשתי עדות (געמיינדען ) : נוצרית ויהודית .
מצד הפולנים הוגשה הצעה לחסל את הקהלה לחלוטין
ולמסור את עניני היהודים לסמכותם של 20 חברי
