״מ־1500 פועלים המח״ט בבניין מאורגנים, רק 200, וגם הם בשני
איגודים מפולגים של "בונד" והקומוניסטים. שניהם אינם פועלים
מאומה. אנו מנהלים עתה תעמולה בין הפועלים הבלתי־מאורגנים
הקרובים לנו, שיצטרפו לאיגודים אלה, כדי שיהוו בהם סיעה של
פועלי ציון. האיגוד של עובדי המסחר והמשרדים התפורר עקב
החתירות של הקומוניסטים, לשביעות רצונם של בעלי־בתים. אנו
רוצים לארגנם מחדש. כאן פועל הרבה חברנו סובקובסקי. בזכות
הפופולריות שלנו בין פועלי המקום — נצליח ודאי גם בשטח זה".
