״מ־1500 פועלים המח״ט בבניין מאורגנים, רק 200, וגם הם בשני
איגודים מפולגים של "בונד" והקומוניסטים. שניהם אינם פועלים
מאומה. אנו מנהלים עתה תעמולה בין הפועלים הבלתי־מאורגנים
הקרובים לנו, שיצטרפו לאיגודים אלה, כדי שיהוו בהם סיעה של
פועלי ציון. האיגוד של עובדי המסחר והמשרדים התפורר עקב
החתירות של הקומוניסטים, לשביעות רצונם של בעלי־בתים. אנו
רוצים לארגנם מחדש. כאן פועל הרבה חברנו סובקובסקי. בזכות

קיים זמן מה ליד ה״בונד" והקומוניסטים, לא פעל מאומה. הם פנו
אלינו, שנארגנם. כן עשינו, והיום נמנים עם הארגון כל פועלי
המקצוע הזה. האיגוד של פועלי פרוות קיים ליד תנועתנו זה שלוש
שנים. כיום מחייב הסכם קולקטיבי עם נותני־העבודה במקצוע זה.
לפטר ולקבל פועלים חדשים ייתכן רק באמצעות האיגוד. גובה השכר
נקבע לפי דרגות. עובדים רק 8 שעות ליום, ומעל השעות האלה
