והנהלת חשבונות. עם הקמת מדינת פולין, ב־1918, התחיל מתעניין
באירגון בבנדין. דאגתו היתה נתונה למעוטי היכולת והאמין שרק
בכוח הארגון הנכון של המוסדות יימצא הפתרון לנזקקים. על כן
התמסר למפעלים מוקדשים לעזרה הדדית, והיה בין מייסדי הקופה
״גמילות חסדים״ (1924), ואחר כך של הבנק "לדיסקונטו", שמטרתו
היתה הושטת עזרה לסוחרים זעירים. היה מבין מארגני "אגוד הסוחרים
הזעירים" שבראשו עמד שנים רבות, וחבר האבסקוטיבה הארצית
