אנגעװיזן די קאזאקן׳ זענען פאראן ״דיעװקי״. די קריםטן
אין כמיעלניק האבן נישט געהאט קײן לאדנס אויף זײערע
פענצטער. דער .אלטער קאזאק איז צו צו דעם פענצטער א־ן
האט אנגעקלאפט. און איך בין אדועק אהײם. זײענדיק זיכער
אז באלד װעלן די קאזאקן מיך נאכיאגן׳ האב איך פארהאקט
די טיר. עס האט נישט גענומען מער װי צען מינוט. מען
קלאפט אין דער טיר און מען שרײט : גיב אונדז דעם
״זשידעק״, װעלכער האט אונדז אפגענארט. קײנער האט נישט
געענטפערט׳ זענען זײ׳ נאכן קלאפן א האלבע שעד״ אװעק.
צומארגנס זענען די קאזאקן אװעק צו דער עסטרײכישער
גרענעץ נײשטאט, װײסלעץ אאז״װ. גאנצע טעג און נעבט
זענען זײ געגאנגען אן אויפהער. די קאזאקן האבן זיך צוריק־
געצויגן פאר דעם דײטש און עסטרײכער פון דעם גאנצן
