Yaakov initiated efforts to establish a Mizrachi schoolroom in Chmielnik named Yavne, recruited A. Zuta as its teacher, and the schoolroom opened with three classes.

אחרי שהרב יעקב רכש לו גםױן ארגוני בלוקוב, ששם
התרחבה הפעולה לענפים שוגים בהצלחה, הוא ניםה ללכת

״יבנה״, מה שעלה בידו אחרי מאמצים רבים, והזמין כמורה
את א. זוטא מלוקוב. בחדר נפתחו בראשיתו שלש כתות עם
שמוגיס ילדים. באחרונה התקימו בחינות ראשונות בנוכחות
כל ההורים, נציגי הקהלה והרבנות וםתם חשובי בעלי־הבתים
של העיר. הילדים גבחנו ע״י הרב יעקב׳ והתוצאות הױ טובות
