אחרי שהרב יעקב רכש לו גםױן ארגוני בלוקוב, ששם התרחבה הפעולה לענפים שוגים בהצלחה, הוא ניםה ללכת בדרכי הנםױן בעבר ותיכגן יםוד חדר מזרחי בחמילניק בשם ״יבנה״, מה שעלה בידו אחרי מאמצים רבים, והזמין כמורה את א. זוטא מלוקוב. בחדר נפתחו בראשיתו שלש כתות עם שמוגיס ילדים. באחרונה התקימו בחינות ראשונות בנוכחות כל ההורים, נציגי הקהלה והרבנות וםתם חשובי בעלי־הבתים של העיר. הילדים גבחנו ע״י הרב יעקב׳ והתוצאות הױ טובות מאד. אחרי הבחינות נאם הרב יעקב דרשה ארוכה מענינא ...
