בלונינץ נפגשנו עם גלויברמן וגורביץ. האדמו"ר לא בא, ואנו המשכנו ללידה, ומשם
לטורגל--העיירה האחרונה שעל הגבול. אחרי נדודים רבים וצרות ותלאות בדרך של 50 קילומטר
בבוץ ובשלג עד הברכים, עלה בידנו לעבור את הגבול. החלש שבנו היה לייבל פריימן, ומשעברנו
במרוצה את פס הגבול באורך של 4 קילומטרים עד לחורשה הקרובה, נוכחנו שהוא נעדר. הייתי
בטוח שמפאת חולשה נשאר בדרך. חזרתי על עקבותי מהלך קילומטר בערך לחפשו -- ולא
מצאתיו, משחזרתי מצאתיו בחורשה, וכששאלתיו לאן נעלם ענה לי, שנפל מאפיסת כוחות אך
