הוקמו שני בתי-ספר תיכוניים;: אחד -- לבנות ואחר --
לבנים. במרוצת הזמן נפתח נם בית-ספר תיכון מקצועי. בתי-
ספר אלה שוכנו בבניינים ש? בתי-הספר העממיים לשעבר,
באותו איזור ובמרישין,. לא זמן רב שהו הילדים בבניינים
אלה, שהיו נאותים ללימוד. קרו מקרים, שהגרמנים דרשו
לנצל את הבניינים המתאימים לעבורה , פּרודוקטיבית", ולכן
נפתחו בבתים אלה בתי חרושת וכל בתי-הספר התיכוניים
העברו למרישין. על יד כ? בית-ספר תיכון הופעל מטבח, שבו
קיב? הנער תבשיל חם ופרוסת לחם. בית-ספר אלה התקיימו
עד סתו 1941, עד התקופה, שבה הניעו לגיטו היהודים
מאוסטריה ומצ'כיה. הלימודים במרישין התנהלו גם לפני
הצהרים וגם אחרי הצהרים, כששעות הלימודים של בנים ושל
בנות מתחלפות לסירונין מדי חורש בחודשו. המנהלת של
הגימנסיה לבנות היתה נב' ריין. מנה? הגימנסיה לבנים --
מר זילברבוגן. זקן היהודים, רומקובסקי, מינה בשנת 1940-41
