בװעדת התרבות היו: חיים משה הײבלום, יוסף פרגמנט, שמעון שינברג, שלמה רובינשטין,
משד. אליהו גורצר ומשד. פלדמן. ועדת התרבות הוציאד. ב־1930 את השבועון
״דאם לוקאװער װארט״. ראובן פלומן, הױם רופא במדינת ישראל, ואז סטודנט׳ פרסם
בעתון מאמרים בנושאים מדעײם. ב־1937 שוב הופיע ״דאם לוקאװער װארט״, הפעם
במערכת חדשה. העורך הראשי היד. פרופסור בארק, מביאליסטוק. הוא היה מורה דתן
