ליאו בילינסקי, אמנם הדגיש שהפולנים ישמרו על
שווי־הזכויות של יהודי גליצה, אולם מדיניותם מיוסדת
על המסורת הפולנית העתיקה של תדיאוש צ׳אצקי
והרוזן וויאלופולסקי (1861) השואפת להתמזגותם של
היהודים בעם הפולני, ז״א להתבוללות. לעומת זאת
הדגיש נשיא הקלוב האוקראיני בפרלמנט, ד״ר קוסט
לויצקי, שהיהודים הם הלאום השלישי בגליציה ולכן
אין ברירה אלא להעניק להם אוטונומיה תרבותית,
