היהודים: אדולף קאלינסקי, עמנואל אפשטיין, דוד
לב. המהומות גרמו למצור וינה ומהפכה נגדית של

בנובמבר 1916 הצהרה על הקמת המדינה הפולנית
(בפולין הקונגרסאית). פרנץ־יוסף 1 הודיע אז בכתב
מיוחד לראש־המיניסטרים, ד״ר פדרקרבר, שרצוי
להעניק אוטונומיה מלאה לגליציה, שרבות סבלה
במלחמה — כתגמול על ניתוקה מן המדינה הפולנית.
