בקרקא, כאשר בא ר׳ יום־טוב ליפמן הלר בעל
"תוספות יום־טוב (רי״ט) לקרקא נתמנה רי״ט כריש־
מתיבתא שני לר׳ יהושע, ובהיות ר׳ יהושע עשיר ולא
קיבל משכורת מהקהל ובעוד שרי״ט אבד רכושו
