וד״ר סאמלזון נדחו. בעדם הצביעו רק 6 צירים
יהודים. בישיבתה הנד 26 במרס 1866 אשרה מליאת
הסיים את התקנון. החלטת הסיים זעזעה את יהודי
לבוב ועודדה את הקהלה לנקוט בצעדים נגדיים
אצל הממשלה. באפריל 1866 הוגש בוינה תזכיר
