יוסקובה, קיימה קשרי״מסחר עם חצר המלך זיגמוגט
ונשארה בעיר לובלין. בנם פסח ניהל את עסקי אביו,
ואחיו הצעיר שלום־שכנא נסע לקרקא ללמוד בישיבתו
של ר׳ יעקב פולאק. אחרי גמר למודיו חזר ללובלין
ונבחר בה לרב ובשנת 1541 נתמנה יחד עם ד״ר משה
פישל לרב ראשי בפולין הקטנה. הוא מת בשנת 1559
