... שני חזנים נתפרסמו בשם ברוך קינסטלר. האחד כיהן כחזן בקרלין־פינסק, והשני בא מקונסטנטין שברוסיה ללבוב ונתקבל בבית־הכנסת בחוץ־לעיר אחרי ר׳ זיידל רובנר. תקופת כהונתו בלבוב היתה מצויינת בתולדות החזנות בעיר. שלושה חזנים גדולים כהנו אז בלבוב: ברוך שור בביהכנ״ס העירוני, ברוך קינסטלר בביהכנ״ס בחוץ־לעיר, ויצחק צבי הילפרן ב״היכל". ...
