... רחוב היהודים היה קשור לרחוב בואימוב, שגם
הוא נקרא "רחוב יהודים", ואחרי הכיבוש האוסטרי
(1772) נקרא "רחוב היהודים החדש" (ז׳ידובסקה
נאיווא) אח״כ נקרא רחוב וקסלארסקא (רחוב החלפנים)
וגם בואימוב. בפרשת הרחובות בואימוב וסרבסקא היה
מבוי סתום שנקרא "דאס רויזעבליקל", מוקף חומת-
העיר. בפינה עמד מגדל שהושכר עפ״י רוב ליהודי.
על־יד החומה בסביבת מחסן הנשק (013 ^ 0 (2860) שנבנה
בשנת 1555, עמדו בתי־עץ שהושכרו ליהודים, לצרכי
דיור וסחר. רוב בעלי־הבתים היו רותנים. ...Source passage 2
