בזכויות ציבוריות , שתקציבו יכוסה , אם המקורות
הארציים לא יספיקו , מכספי קרן בתי־הספר היהידית
שנוספה אל הקרן הקטולית . לשם כך ניתנה הוראה
להפריד החל מ־ 1 בנובמבר 1862 את החלק המשתייך
