ד״ר לפילוסופיה ומוסמך בית־המדרש לרבנים בוינה. ממייסדי
האגודה האקדמאית ״בר כוכבא״ בוינה. משנת 1903 —
מורה־דת בגימנסיה השניה בלבוב. בימי מלחמת העולם
הראשונה היה רב צבאי בחזית האיטלקית. ממארגני "ועד־
העזרה״. אחרי 1918 — מפעילי התנועה הציונית וממנהיגי
״המזרחי״ בגליציה המזרחית. 1923 — 1927 — חבר הסיים
הפולני, ב־1927 נתמנה כקונסול פולין בחיפה׳ ואח״ב בתל־
אביב. לקח חלק פעיל בחיים הציבוריים בארץ־ישראל,
פרסם מאמרים מדעיים בפולנית, גרמנית ועברית. היבר
ספר "דקדוק הלשון העברית", כתב על סלובצקי ייחסו
