הפולני, ב־1927 נתמנה כקונסול פולין בחיפה׳ ואח״ב בתל־
אביב. לקח חלק פעיל בחיים הציבוריים בארץ־ישראל,
פרסם מאמרים מדעיים בפולנית, גרמנית ועברית. היבר
ספר "דקדוק הלשון העברית", כתב על סלובצקי ייחסו
