סיכון בטחונם וחייהם, לכל אחד לפי צרכיו ומשאלותיו. והנה שוב
נרצחה ניצולת־השואה בידי ה״באנדרובצים" וזאת היתה הוכחה
נוספת, כי יש לברוח מהאדמה הארורה. החלה הפזורה־שלאחר־
השואה. כמה גברים גויסו לצבא הסובייטי ותרמו חלקם לנקמה
במפלצת הנאצית ולהבסתה. כל השאר עברו לפולין המשוחררת
והתרכזו בחלקה המערבי ובשטחים שסופחו לפולין מגרמניה,
בשלזיה העלית. חברי התנועות הציוניות שמלפני המלחמה
נרתמו לחידוש הפעילות הלאומית בקרב שרידי השואה, ונוצרו
גרעיני התנועות לקיבוצי־נוער בערים הגדולות: וארשה, לודז׳,
קראקוב, קאטוביץ ובעיירות שכיה. הקדשנו מאמצים נואשים
לאיסוף ילדים יתומים ולהוצאתם של אלה, אשר כבר נקלטו
ב״אינטרנאטים" קומוניסטיים, מהפנימיות הללו, כדי להבריחם
דרך הגבול הפולני־צ׳כי לאוסטריה ולגרמניה הדרומית. מספר
מסויים מניצולי סקאלה מצאו מקומם הארעי ב״מחנות
העקורים״ (5 קוח 03. ק.□) בגרמניה, ובאוסטריה ומשם החלו
להתפזר בעולם החופשי, מי לארה״ב ולקנדה, ומי לארץ ישראל.Connected nodes
