באזיצערם פון דער שטאט, סאמועל און מיקאלײ אלעשניצקי
האבן פיל געזארגט פאר איר אנטװיקלונג. אינעם 16־טן
יארהונדערט, װען אין יענער געגנט האט זיך אנגעהויבן
פארשפרײטן דער אקאטאליציזם, זענען אויך די שטאט־בא,,־
צערם צוגעטראטן צו אים, און אויפגעשטעלט אן אקאטוי־
לישע געמײנדע און שולע. נאך זײ איז די שטאט אריבער
אין אײגנטום פון די גלוכאװםקיס׳ װעלכע זענען געװען
קאלװינער און האבן ביזן יאר 1689 דארט אויפגעהאלטן
אזא געמײנדע מיט אן אײגענער קירכע. כמיעלניק איז
פאקטיש געװארן א צענטער פון דער אנטי־קירכלעכער און
אקאטוילישער באװעגונג אין פוילן, פון די אריאנער, װעלכע
האבן געהאלטן אין זײערע הענט אלע שליסל־פאזיציעס. דא
זענען זיך צוזאמענגעקומען זײערע פראװינציאלע סינאדן.
דער באקאנטםטער פון זײ, איז געװען דער סינאד פון יאר
1644, בעת װעלכן עס איז אויסגעקליבן געװארן אלם דיס־
