... אירע, שיהודי בויטן קברו בחשאי את מתיהם, כדי להתחמק
מהתשלום והקהילה לא שילמה את המס המגיע לכנסיה, ובגלל זה
תבע הכומר הבנדינאי, יא ן קאטולצקי, למשפט את הקהילה באשמת
מעילה בחוקים הקיימים. בתור עד הביא הכומר אשד. יהודיה.
שאישרה ב־5 במאי 1687, כי יהודים זרים באים לבנדין וקוברים
את מתיהם בבית־העלמין. המשפט הזה נמשך 8 שנים והגיע אף
ללשכת הבישוף בקראקא. הכומר הוכיח, שיהודי בויטן מאוחדים
עם קהילת בנדין ושאין קיים במיסלוביץ ביודכנסת ואף לא בית
