המפלגה יצאה למרחב בעת מלחמת העולם הראשונה, בעת
הכיבוש הגרמני, כאשר פעולת ציבור היתה ליגאלית ומותרת. החברים
הותיקים נתאוששו ונוספו חברים חדשים. מתכנסים היו ערב ערב
במועדונם בבית דוד׳ל ז׳מיגרוד הידוע בבתי העיר הגדולים, בהם התרכזו
אגודות ומוסדות רבים. הוחל בהחתמה על בטאון המפלגה "לעבענם ־
פראגך, שדן בבעיות השוטפות ובענינים שניסרו בעולם של תנועת
הפועלים והעולם היהודי. לפי ידיעה שנתפרסמה באחד מגליונותיו
של כתב־עת זה, חתם סניף ״בונד״ בבנדין בשנת 1917 על כתב
לשלש מאות טפסים וצעד במקום השלישי בפולין בהפצת השבועון
