... כל מוסד ציוני הכיר בנו כארגון עצמאי. יסדנו גם סניף "ברוריה" בדומברובה גור וביבוז׳נה שבגליציה המערבית. בשנת תרצ״ב יצאו החברות הראשונות להכשרה חלוצית. בשנת תרצ״ד שלחנו שתי חברות, לאה סטופניצקי וצילה לינדנר הי״ד לסמינר להשתלמות כמדריכות, שהתקיים על־יד וארשה תחת הדרכתה של הה׳ לאה ספיר־תירוש, שהיתה אז בשליחות בפולניה מטעם "הפועל־המזרחי", ובאותה שנה עלו החברות הראשו־ נות ארצה ואני בתוכן.
