... בבחירות בשנת 1928 נעשה נםױן ע״י המועצה הלאומית
להעמיד באיזור הבחירות, בו נמצאה חמילגיק ועוד עײרות
יהודײת דומות לד״ את עורך ה״הײנט״ אברהם גולדברג.
ביקרנו את חמילניק והעײרות בםביבתה. נתקבלנו בכבוד
מלכים ממש. לאספותיגו באו המונים ושתו, ממש, דברינו
בצמא. ההתלהבות היתה חםידית, אולם גולדברג לא נבהר.
מםפר המנדטים שהוקצה לאיזור זה היה מחושב כך׳ שציר
יהודי יכול היה להיבחר רק בדרך נם בעקבות פיצול שעבר
