דערמארדעטע און באראבירטע. דאס איז געװען פרוי
װײנפעלד פון כמיעלניק. שפעט אין דער נאכט זענען מיר
אנגעקומען קײן כמיעלניק. דא האבן מיר שוין געטראפן
די לעצטע איבערגעבליבעגע כמיעלניקער ײדן, יװאס האבן
זיך קאנצענטרירט אין דער פורמאנסקע־גאם געבן משה
פאםטערנאקס הויז און צימל די בעקערינס הויז. מאניעק
פאסטערנאק, דער קאמענדאנט פון דער יידישער פאליצײ
האט אונדז לעגאל געמאכט און מיר האבן זיך דערוױיל געקאנט
באװעגן אין דעם לעצטן געטא. מײן פאטער יאסל מאפע האט
זיך געװאנדן צו מאניעק פאסטערנאק ער זאל אונדו געבז
כלים בכדי קובר צו זײן די 105 קדושים, װאם זענען
געפאלן איין שטאט א פאר טאג פריער בײ דער ערשטער
אויסזידלונג. מײן פאטער האט די כלים באקומען און
צוזאמען מיט ױנה גורגעל, מיכאל קויפמאן און נאך אנדערע
ײדן געגאנגען אויפן בית הקברות און קובר־געװעזן די
קדושים, פרויען באזונדער און מענער באזונדער. די ארבעט
האט געדויערט עטלעכע טעג. מיט א שעפטשענדיקן ״קדיש״
און טרערן אין די אויגן איז די ארבעט פארענדיקט געװארן.
